For an even smoother delivery experience, we offer three different time slots: 8-10 am, 10 am-12 pm, and 1-3 pm. We will call you to confirm the delivery time before dispatching the truck. To make it even more convenient, you can also make payments ahead of time using your credit card.
When you can’t be home to accept the delivery, we’ll need specific delivery information, such as an address, description of the house, nearest cross street, as well as a marker (trash can, cone, etc.) and a contact phone number. Once the delivery is done, we’ll mail you a delivery receipt and a credit card receipt.
We use dump trucks for delivery and dump the material in the street or your driveway. Please note that customers are responsible for any damages caused to the lawn or if the truck gets stuck and needs to be towed.
Finally, all of our materials are sold by the cubic yard, with each cubic yard covering 100 ft2 (10’x10’) 3” deep. We invite you to use our Materials Calculator to get an accurate estimate.
